Came in for a quick lunch, their service is excellent. The breakfast and lunch options are tasty (I haven't had dinner here), definitely so much to choose from. Their soups and pies are delicious.
Key’s cafes throughout the area are always worth the visit, but this one especially. The food is as amazing as the others, but the wait times are never bad and the wait staff is great. We ordered the Key’s original omelette and the biscuits and gravy - both were delicious. We asked for a pecan roll but they were out, so our waitress went and found one for us! Overall a great experience with amazing food.
Had the soup and sandwich combo. It was delicious. I couldn't decide between turkey wild rice soup or white chicken chili. The friendly hostess brought me a sample and let me taste test them. Great service! My meal also came with pie! Couldn't finish it all, so had to take 1/2 my sandwich and pie to go. YUMMY!! A lot of food for a great price :)
Our family has always been a fan of Keys Cafe. We have been to many locations in Minnesota but unfortunately this location I would rate the lowest. The food is consistently good as are the other locations however the service specifically is a little shameful. The last few times we gone there we've not been greeted or acknowledged for several minutes after arriving. A lot of the employees are seemingly younger and inexperienced but at least still friendly while there are some other older servers that seem to have attitudes. We have 3 small children and and infant and our last visit was very frustrating as we had to be seated 3 separate times as the hostess was just not understanding that we needed a larger table. They got flustered and tried rushing but it ended up leaving us awkwardly standing in the middle of the dining room waiting to be seated. Not thrilled because we love the food but they need to do better with their service and communicate more efficiently.
Nice night with the wife, we need to see each other on a weekly basis. Food was excellent, iced tea was spot on. Had salad, burger w/tots and desert for home. Home cooked food, 2 glasses of tea. A good time had by all. To the cashier, Dilly, Dilly!
