Over the years, we have expanded our relationship with them and now use them regularly as a commercial property broker and for build out construction as we open more offices throughout the Twin Cities. Where is the negative star's!! Cause this company needs a couple of them!!! I live in Sandy pine's apartment. And I have more than once payed my rent with money orders and have been given eviction notice saying that owe. When that's not the case!!! I have the stub's from the money orders!!! Where is my money going!!! Who is the man or woman in charge and why don't they ever give there name so we know who to ask for!!!
I've leased space for my business from the Gaughan Company for many years and honestly do not have a single complaint. If something goes wrong or if I need something, my requests are taken care of very quickly, and I am always made to feel that my needs are important. One of the very best landlords I've had in the nearly 25 years of my business! Highly recommend them!

We have lived here for just a few months and been complaining to management about jumping, running, around of the people upstairs. They literally sound like a herd of elephants all day and night long. Management is doing NOTHING about it. They tell us that they are talking to them, but they still jump and run around until midnight or later. I need some sleep my day starts at 230am. I am to the point that I wish I NEVER moved in here. They also still haven't done the repairs in my apartment that were supposed to be done before we moved in.
