This location is less than 10 minutes from my house, but I think I’ll find somewhere else to go based on the poor customer service I received for a MINOR set back. If you just need to get in and out quickly, this is a perfect place to go!
The only reason I’m giving this location 3 stars is because of the timely manner in which you are in and out of the door.
When I went in to drop a couple of items off for return, I didn’t have the original package in which it came in, and wanted to make sure it was returned without causing damage to the items. There were a couple people ahead of me, and one person behind. When I got to the front of the desk and showed my return label and items, I wasn’t greeted with a smile, rather an annoyed look. I was able to get the boxes and items ready in a couple minutes, but during that time I was told I would have to move aside if someone else came in, no helpful advice on the best option to return my items in, and a sense that I was just “one of those customers” of the day...
We came in to get passports as a family. We were helped by a lady named Barb. I have NEVER experinced such rude customer service. USPS is great for losing your packages and horrible customer service but nothing else.
Awesome and fast
Barb is horribly rude. I was the only one in there and I asked her about a form you're supouse to fill out for international shipping. She didn't anwser my question at all, she said "just fill it out" in a snotty tone. I filled out the form and went to the other worker, Dana that was working who was really friendly and the complete opposite from Barb.
