Normally do not go here, but it was late and wanted something "nice". Bad and I mean bad sevice. Steak was way over cooked. Ran out of the steak I wanted so I had to get something else. Overall, unpleasant stop
Waited over 20 minutes for the food. Came out totally wrong. What is pictured on the menu and what you get is not at all what I got. Oh well...I guess I'll find something to eat at home. This has happened before...no more chances, we're done.
Great food, great service. They accommodate to the gluten-free diet.
I was seated quickly by a young woman who treated me as though I was an inconvenience. She did not provide me with silverware so when I got my order from my server I had to request her back for silverware. The food was presented and seasoned excellently however it was topped with a couple shrimp that were not cooked properly. They were very rubbery and obviously not cooked on a grill (microwave?). The table ordering and payment tablet is really neat however you are charged an extra 3 dollars for playing games on the tablet which is a cheap bundle-in cash grab.
I love Applebees, but our food and service at this Applebees location was absolutely terrible! My sister's food was too hot to even eat, my food was barely warm, and our friend's food was undercooked. Worst experience ever!
