I was shopping for a new car and came across Druk. The first vehicle I test drove was my top choice but I gave myself some time to think it over. To my luck, the car was still here when I realized I couldn't even compare prices, quality and customer service to Druk. They even held on to the car for me for about 1 week as they are quite a drive from where I live. They were in close contact with me, always got my questions answered right away and took care of everything for me. Once I went to pick up my car, they had all the papers ready for me to sign and drove within 20 minutes. They even gave my daughter a gift! I cannot express how happy I am with not only my beautiful 2016 Chevy Malibu but the amazing customer service they offer! Even a month later when I checked to make sure my plates would come in the mail on time. They are so great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!! Thanks again Druk!
i traded my car for a mazda from here and after getting the car you start to notice stuff that can not be seen or felt until you diagnose the car and should've have been fixed by the dealership obviously they knew about it but they did not try to fix it for example the shift knob was not the right size because if you would to take it off you can see there is tape holding it. The trip stick is broken and they just seem like they put it in there to make it look unbroken etc.. I trusted the dealership because of the nice people there but I guess you should never judge a book by its cover.
Great no frills sales. Very low key, no high pressure sales pitch. Fair price, fair trade, easy to work with. Very pleasant doing business here.
